Just the other day, dad wanted to lie down..by the front door, cuz there is very little room in the apartment and do his …sit ups…or crunches…..so i helped!

oh my, dad sorta looks pooped out…sure gave him a workout, huh?… ps,i am about, 25 pounds now!
